Charlie has been part of Unique Home Care NI for just over two years, working as Business Manager and supporting the HR, IT, marketing and day-to-day functions that help the organisation run smoothly.
For Charlie, the role offered the chance to take on a new challenge while being part of work that genuinely matters. Although his role sits behind the scenes, he sees how every system, process and piece of support helps frontline staff deliver better care. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is seeing people grow in confidence, develop their skills and thrive within the team.
Charlie is proud to be part of an organisation with such a strong sense of purpose, where everyone has a role to play in supporting clients and families.
