Emma Magee

Emma has been part of Unique Home Care NI for five years, after joining from another care provider. She first started out on the road, providing 24-hour care to one service user, before taking the opportunity to move into the admin team in the office.

Before joining, Emma had followed Unique’s Facebook page for years and was drawn to the way the company cared for its clients, supported its team and shared the social side of care. Since becoming part of Unique, she says she has never felt like “just a name on a rota,” but part of a team that genuinely cares about people’s wellbeing both in work and at home.

One of Emma’s favourite parts of the role is the relationships she has built with staff and clients, whether she is picking up the phone to check in or making sure someone knows there is always an answer when they need support.
